In 2020, a mission took shape to give back to the tech community by creating a bridge for aspiring talents to access opportunity, support, and industry insight.

Thrive in Tech (TiT) was born as a self-funded initiative to help individuals break into and grow within the tech industry. What began as a mentorship project is now a globally impactful, with live programs and events in Lagos, Nigeria and Yorkshire, UK.
